Bright Button Creative came from a place of wanting share moments that make me feel inspired, and if others feel moved in the same way, all the better!

The work

Most of my body of work is my attempt to capture nature’s beauty and peace I’ve discovered while studying the things that inspire me. I’m drawn to capturing still-life, intimate landscapes, nature, and flora and fauna. I mostly work with acrylic but dabble with gouache and watercolor.

In a perfect world, design and fine art could be housed together. Closing the gap between the digital and physical. It's a big pie in the sky idea; creating a brand and then taking it a step further, crafting for a space that still holds that essence of identity while also creating that awe you only get with a beautiful piece of art. It keeps me up at night and if it sounds interesting to you drop me a line!

Where on earth did you come from?

Art and creative expression can be traced back to my Great Grandfather Frank Fulco, he was one of the original artists at Bronner’s Christmas Store and a community creative in the Bay City area. From as early as I can remember, I was captivated and surrounded with his work; from oil painted portraits, school murals, hand painted signs for community events, to even my Christmas ornament. I would spend time in his studio looking over sketches, his paint, the brushes – it was everything.

In grade school I was in awe of the greats of the Renaissance, the design of Art Nouveau, the movement of Impressionism and breath of space of Minimalism. From that point on, I’ve been studying as much art as I could get my hands on.
